Squidoo is one of my favorite websites online to make money. The money I get in my paypal each month indicates that it is definitely NOT a scam. Great post. :)

  3. I would confirm as well that squidoo is no scam. I have used it for a few years and I make a few dollars each month. Although I make no where near what your making monthly but it pays for my hosting for my websites.

I agree with everyone here. Squidoo is NOT a scam and whatsmore. Its free without any monthly payment costs associated with having a lens.

Problem is I don’t make any money with it. In fact its costing me money on Google adwords with PPC just to bring visitors everyday. However, thanks to being enlightened by one of the members here she does give you an idea of how many clicks you need to get before you can start making any money.

36,000 plus clicks must have cost her a fortune if she is using google adwords. I hope her revenues are exceeding those big ad campaign costs that google adwords is charging her.

I really don’t see how anyone can make money as an affiliate. Expenses associated with PPC are always going to exceed revenues. We’re all destined to use our affiliate business as tax write-offs. I don’t mind the tax deductions but my ultimate goal is to be profitable in affiliate marketing so we can be proud of ourselves as affiliate marketers and in turn the IRS can be proud of us for being successful!

    Why is this so hard?!

WOW those payments from squidoo are awesome. I created a bunch of lenses a few years ago and I did get random little payments that were under $10. I did however hit a homerun with one of my lenses that brought in a nice amount of revenue each month, until for some reason it lost its ranking/traffic and now makes me a big fat $0 each month. Oh well! I suppose if I kept promoting it regularly it would have been different. Again great job on those monthly payments, your lenses much have quite a bit of traffic!
